The Airline Ready Pilot Course will take you from little or no flying experience to having all required EASA licenses and ratings needed to work as a commercial pilot for an airline company within 20 months.
Airline Ready Pilot Course: A320 Cadet Program is an airline oriented training program giving students a balance between academic studies and operational flight experience in an airline oriented environment.

Phase 1
Theoretical knowledge instruction & CAA ATP exams for completed subjects.
Phase 2
Flight training, including first solo flight.
Phase 3
Theoretical knowledge instruction & CAA ATP exams for completed subjects.
Phase 4
Flight training, 300NM route, night VFR.
Phase 5
Theoretical knowledge instruction & CAA ATP exams for completed subjects.
Phase 6
Flight training, single engine IR & UPRT.
Phase 7
Flight training, multi engine IR.
Phase 8
Skill test: CPL & IR/ME in-flight examination.
Phase 9
Theoretical knowledge instruction: MCC & Simulator training.
Phase 10
Airbus A320 Type rating with Base Training
Phase 11
Airline assessment preparation & Candidate's first employment interview.

Standard flight training plan with no extra fees included, such as theory exams fees or extra flight training hours if needed in case of failed flight skill or theory examination.
PERFORMANCE PROTECTION
Standard flight training plan with included ATP theory exams fees and additional flight training at no extra charge in case of failed skill tests or 2nd sitting for up to 5 theory exams at CAA.
